These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EdLeado website at edleado.com and, where applicable, the EdLeado lead management CRM (together, the "Services"), operated by OTSAdda Pvt Ltd ("OTSAdda", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
The EdLeado service and accounts
Access to the EdLeado CRM is provided under a separate subscription or service agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Intellectual property
The website and the EdLeado service — including text, graphics, logos, icons and software — are owned by OTSAdda Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
Third-party services and integrations
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools such as telephony, WhatsApp, payment and advertising providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Demo bookings and communications
When you book a demo or submit an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or messaging in connection with your request and our products. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTSAdda Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OTSAdda Pvt Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
