This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for EdLeado subscriptions and services provided by OTSAdda Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to EdLeado, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with your quote, order form or service agreement, which will prevail in the event of any conflict.
Free demo and evaluation
Booking a demo of EdLeado is completely free and involves no payment. We encourage you to evaluate whether EdLeado is right for your team before you subscribe.
Subscriptions and billing
EdLeado plans are offered on a subscription basis and billed according to the terms of your quote or order — for example, monthly or annually. Subscription charges are due in advance for each billing period.
Refund eligibility
If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with EdLeado, you may request a refund of your initial subscription fee within 7 days of your first payment. After this window, subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Non-refundable charges
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- One-time onboarding, setup, training or customisation fees
- Fees for billing periods that have already elapsed or are in active use
- Usage-based charges such as telephony, messaging or other third-party costs
- Applicable taxes and payment-gateway charges
- Renewals billed after the initial refund window
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@edleado.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except as described under "Refund eligibility" above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
